About Us...
Our vision...
To become the partner of leading semiconductor manufacturers in
supplying cost-effective test and burn-in solutions optimized for
DFT Methodologies.
What we do...
Delta V Instruments offers advanced
reliability test products and services to microelectronics
manufacturing companies to meet the demands of their product
testing requirements. We do this by providing state-of-the-art
reliability test hardware, from wide I/O and memory package-level
burn-in systems to production ready wafer level burn-in systems. In
addition to our burn-in systems we provide a full turnkey solution
for test fixtures and offer a comprehensive burn-in service solution
to those customers looking to outsource their testing needs.
Where we came from...
Delta V Instruments was established in 1978 to develop and produce
customized test hardware for Texas Instruments and Motorola. As the
company evolved we focused our attentions on designing and
manufacturing test equipment directed toward qualification and
production burn-in applications. This has led Delta V Instruments to
become a leader in wafer level burn-in using a ‘sacrificial metal’ technique for interfacing test
electronics to the wafer. In addition, Delta V Instruments is viewed
by many in the industry as a leader in the field of RF burn-in
applications.
Who we are...
The Management Team at Delta V Instruments is
comprised of an unparalleled group of qualification test design
experts.
